Newark Youth London was founded in 1984 by a group of young people aged9–12 who gathered at the old Royal London Hospital car park in Newark Street- now the Centre of the Cell building - to play football. From those humblebeginnings as Newark United FC, we have grown into a dynamic communityorganisation with over 500 active participants every week.
Today, Newark is a trusted organisation for youth hubs, informal education,sports and social development, supporting young people and adults throughinclusive, community-driven programmes.
