Community Projects

Newark believes in being part of the wider community and likes to be embedded in local consultations, campaigns and projects. We attend forums, networks and partnerships to shape services and get access to greater opportunities.

We like working in partnership and work with local housing associations, youth and voluntary organisations and statutory partners.

In recent years we been involved in supporting the Homeless community through our Just Smiles, working with similar organisations to assist soup kitchen, food banks and provide winter warm clothing.

Our recent community project is the Memorial Cup, set up to remember individuals who selflessly volunteered and made a difference in the local community.

We also, support other charities in their causes like the annual Dragon Boat Charity raising money for various causes.
