Youth Empowerment & Leadership

At every step, we encourage young people to develop their confidence, skills and experiences. We ask them to be brave, creative and challenge themselves. We ask them to come out of their comfort zone and try things they will be scared to do. We help them access opportunities our partners provide in sports, youth work and digital and creative industries. We support them to grow and thrive.

We also encourage young people to be future leaders and take on roles as captains of their football team, volunteer in the youth club, take lead on creating and delivering a youth led project. We encourage them to become future sports coaches, youth workers and trustees of our organisation
